On the first stop of our itinerary you will be able to observe The City Hall of Cluj Napoca, The Universitary Library, the academic area and Cultural House of Students.

City Walls of Cluj

The first defensive walls of Cluj were built in the XIII th century, including observation towers. Some fragments of these walls are preserved in the Firemen Tower (the old Locksmiths’ Tower) and Tailors’ Tower, which kept their original form. 

Catedrala Sfantul Mihail

The St. Michael's Church is a Gothic-style Roman Catholic church in Cluj-Napoca. It is the second largest church (after the Biserica Neagră of Brașov) in the geographical region of Transylvania, Romania. Togheter with Unirii Square, represents the heart of the city. 

Avram Iancu Monument

The Statue of Avram Iancu is located on stone blocks that symbolize the rocks of the Apuseni Mountains. The statue is encircled by a fountain. Avram Iancu was a Transylvanian lawyer, one of the leaders of the 1848–1849 revolt in Transylvania. Being the leader of an army in collaboration with the Austrian military authorities, he organized the defense of the Apuseni Mountains and resisted numerous attacks by Hungarian revolutionary groups. 

"Lucian Blaga" National Theatre

The Lucian Blaga National Theatre in Cluj-Napoca, Romania is one of the most prestigious theatrical institutions in Romania. The theatre shares the same building with the Romanian Opera.

Mărăști

The second largest neighbourhood in Cluj-Napoca, build in 1980's after the houses in this area were smashed down.

The House of Matthias Corvinus

The Matthias Corvinus House is one of the oldest buildings in Cluj-Napoca, Transylvania, Romania. It was built in the 15th century, in the gothic style, as a small guesthouse. During its history, the house served as a jail, hospital, and museum; it is now home to a visual arts institute. 

Cetățuia Park

Cetățuia Hill is not just a highland that offers a panoramic view of the Cluj-Napoca city. The hill is also a site where a marvelous fortress was built by the Habsburgs. A park also hosted here will give you an opportunity not only to relax but also escape busy city life. 

Central Park Simion Bărnuțiu

With a length of approximately 900 m, the Central Park "Simion Barnutiu" from Cluj Napoca is an important place in terms of recreation in the city. Being located in downtown, Central Park "Simion Barnutiu" is easily identified and reachable 

Cluj Arena

Cluj Arena is a multi-purpose stadium in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. It serves as the home of Universitatea Cluj

of the Liga I and was completed on 1 October 2011. It is also the home of the Untold Festival
